Thanks to Eton Manor AC for organising this race, letting us use their
clubhouse, providing refreshments, and marshalling the course, especially Tom
Everitt who arranged it all. Thanks also to Richard England for helping with
timekeeping, and to Paul Brandon for handing out discs. I have also been asked,
by Pete Mulholland, to thank Pete Mulholland for marshalling.

Fourth League Race
This will be held on Wednesday 11th February 2004, statrting at 3.15pm., in
Prospect Park, Reading, organised by Reading University. Meet in the middle of
the east side of the park, alongside Liebenrood Road, where there are changing
rooms. For teams travelling by train the nearest station is Reading West, less
than 1.5km away. Alternatively travel to Reading station, from where there are
buses at 10 minute intervals (routes 31 and 33) which pass the north-east corner
of the park, along Tilehurst road. The rail service to Reading is at 15 minute
intervals from Paddington, on the hour, quarter past etc., taking twenty-five
minutes. If travelling to Reading West you will need to change, and the total
journey time is forty minutes. A map is enclosed.
